This Works....
Its been refreshing to find a stick bag with a additional gig bag attached for Travel, and gigs...this bag has been the most top rated in my area.. I love this bag. Hope it comes out in additonal colors..It's awesome.. Everyone should have one of these bags....

Beautiful Concept, poor execution.
I was really excited about this bag when I saw it on sale. I had to change how I lugged gear around, so this came in at just the right time. (A backpack full of cymbals has been destroying my back, so I got a wheeled case instead and use this for everything else.) Everything is well designed, as far as function. Plenty of pockets, place for my macbook, etc. It was looking great. However, I notice on my first bag, the zipper that connects the stick bag to the rest of the bag was missing the end piece. Meaning that, when you zipped it all the way around, it actually came off and then the zipper would separate. Bummed about that issue, but liking the bag, I went to my local Guitar Center, returned the bag and had them order me a new one. Once my second bag arrived, it looked good, but the zipper was still having issues. This one would split open when it should be sealed. Part of the issue is that the end of the zipper is actually off by about an inch (meaning one side is an inch longer than the other, so the zipper doesn't rest at the end of the "tracks".) I like the functionality of it so much, that I'm going to tough it out for now, but the quality is pretty dodgy. Also the laptop pocket is padded/protected, so I use a sleeve with it.

I am a backline drum tech , a HS marching band tech as well as a performing drummer . This bag lasted all of a month before it started to dissolve on me . It is very poorly made . The zippers attaching the stick bag to the back pack was the first to go. The next were the zippers on the main pouch. The drink holders will only hold the slimest of beverage containers . For high intense use I do not recomend this bag .
Good idea, poorly made

Very nice concept, just poorly put together. I owned mine for a week, until the cheap quality zipper broke. Because of the weight of the stick bag, a heavy duty zipper would have made this a very handy bag. Now I throw the stick bag in the back pack to carry, still usable, but, not as intended.
Awesome if you're NOT a student

Awesome Concept but if you want to carry notebooks, computer, and music equipment (plus the stick bag on it) this bag may not be the bag for you. Within a month of use the whole back end ripped off and we found it to be because of thin/weak stitching. Eventually I got it stitched back up with thick threads but the fabric the bag is made of itself is thin/weak too. I still use this as my everyday bag but since I hold around thirty-forty pounds it has been busted and broken. The Vic Firth bag might be my option to hold more things but if you're looking for a bag to hold your sticks, your laptop, couple of other small things, and be relatively cheap then this is probably the bag you want. Side note the longer you have the bag the harder and harder it will be to zip the stick bag on the back for some reason...well that reason is the zippers are kind of cheap too. On top of that the water bottle holder is rather thin and not big enough to support bigger water bottles.
Beautiful Concept, poor execution.
