Description

This thing is so wild we're hard-pressed to come up with a guitar that has a longer, pointier lower bout than the newly-designed Danelectro Wild Thing. The swirling white pickguard accentuates the body's radical curvature and its contrast with the body finish imparts a distinct yin/yang vibe. Of course Danelectro has long been the instrument of choice for musicians who want to make a bold, distinctive visual statement with its bottle-shaped headstock and lipstick pickups while taking advantage of the Danelectro's easy playability and a price tag that won't cause financial meltdown.

    These are the days where you get what you pay for - unless you live in the world of Danelectro! This guitar has taken the spirit of the years of the birth of rock and roll and turned it into the dreams of the 21'st century. There is not one flaw with this guitar. Every voice and tone it produces is true and clear. It is so much fun to play - I could give up sleeping just to play some more. The finish is that of a hotroad - it's glossy, sparkle paint job is quite the sight. The fretboard is straight and true. Each fret is poperly dressed and finished. There is no detail that has been overlooked. And this was all straight off of a freezing UPS truck - completely in tune and no need to change the strings or even think about having it set up - none. It is dead on perfect. The pu are wired in a series - no matter what sound you want - you will be able to easily find it here. I thought I would check this out just for kicks but seriously - anyone who reads this - buy this. There is absolutely no way you will be disappointed. I am now going to start playing the lottery so I can buy every product danelectro makes!! Wish me luck. Fall in love all over again with your own wild thing!!!
