Description

    Have it. Love it, really cuts through live performances yet maintains a quiet and articulate voice. I love its versatility.

    Just purchased this awesome jewel of percussion from the Charlotte GC (a bunch of very helpful associates in the Drum department I may add). After extensive research and comparing in the store to two other also very highly rated snare drums, the DW won hands down. Crisp, evenly responsive, extremely well built, sturdy and easy throwoff/strainer. Very pleased and looking forward to its debut gig tomorrow night. If you're looking for a snare for studio &/or performing, no reason not to invest in the best.

    All i can say is anything you buy DW you can never go wrong the drum sounds excelent you won't be sorry. Its worth the money ide like to try the whole set to see how it sounds.

    This snare sounds awesome. You can definitely tell the low tone of the X shell. It sounds great. This is definitely worth the buy..
