This DW Claw Hook Clamp is designed to simply, yet dependably, clamp onto both sides of the hoop of your bass drum. This places percussion instruments in a location that is both accessible and out-of-the-way without fear of slippage.

Attach a cowbell, block, or other percussion instrument to the clamp via DW's patented V-Clamp which features memory lock, so it's easy to repeat you favorite setup. Included is a 1/2"-diameter L-arm but the V-Clamp can accommodate a variety of arm diameters.

    Using it to hold a piccolo snare but would like a better option as I'm a paralyzed person and need something more stabilizing because I am a wheelchair user.

    I'm using these clamps as mounts for floor tom legs on a extra bass drum. Now this 18" bass drum is standing like a floor tom. But sounds like a Gong drum. Easy to position around your kit. Can be used on Larger Bass drums as well. Percussion Ensemble, your rock band, marching band or you playing solo... try something new

    Once you adjust and secure this sucker in place, it's not going anywhere. Yes, you can spend a little less for other clamps that will do the job but they'll never be as sturdy and good looking as this one. I say if you own a new or fairly new set of drums, you need to get the best quality clamp on the market and that's this one in my opinion. It's a multi-use clamp but I use it for a cowbell.
