VERITAS is a completely new category of electric guitar strings, designed to combine more power with longer life. Players say VERITAS strings with Accurate Core Technology and Quantum Nickel last longer and have more power than ordinary nickel-plated strings.

Quantum Nickel is more magnetic, and therefore, more responsive and powerful than ordinary NPS 8% nickel-plated wire.

Accurate Core Technology (ACT) was developed to reinforce the core wire and fill in imperfections along its entire length. Players say VERITAS strings sound louder, brighter and last longer. Their superior core wire is recognized as the foundation for tone, accuracy, and durability.

    I like the way these strings sound. The .11's are like the old days medium gauge. Don't like that i can't get them in store and have to pay shipping and don't know how to use string club online. Will try the .10's next for these 66 year old hands. GC send more coupons.

    Great Strings! I teach, rehearse and gig continuously. They hold their tone and keep going. Considering their price vs other long lasting strings on the market the DR Veritas are a winner.

    Other then me waiting a half hour in the store to be rung up for 2 items(acoustic guitar strings) because someone was on the phone from the time i walked in to the time i left. then when i was finally acknowledged, he asks me if i need help? yes would you like to ring me up, then stood in shock because he must of realized how pathetic it was that i was standing infront of him for 30 minutes waiting. then just to be made fun of because i put my phone on the counter which was "outdated" then after finally leaving with my new strings. i played my guitar maybe 6-8 times, only for the E 1st string to snap while i was DOWN TUNING, i could understand if i was making it tighter maybe. but for a product i literally just purchased, barley used, and the motto is " LONGER LIFE UP TO 4X" i mean is a little ridiculous. im dissapointed in the store service and the product. now im out of playing until i can drive 45 minutes to the nearest guitar center just to get new strings.

    Bought these in 11's and 12's after seeing an ad in acoustic guitar magazine for my Martin deadnaught...thought the price was great compared to Elixir and didn't expect too much but man was I surprised. They are very loud, the 12's play as loud as 13's but are way smooth and easy to play, and my acid hands normally kill the sound, but after a solid 3 week couple of hours everyday, they are alive and well. Never tried DR for acoustic but now I'm a convert all the way.
