Love em'

I played D'Addario for the last 10 years (still like em') but needed something to smooth out my bright tone. I play a PRS Custom 24 through a Mesa Boogie Mark V, and it was a little harsh. These strings darkened things up a little and although I still have a bright tone, it's a little more balanced. The thing that impressed me was how these strings hardly have a stretch in phase. They stayed in tune pretty much from the get-go. They seem to last long, but I always make sure to wash my hands before I play, so all of my strings last long. They also feel good to bend. A buddy of mine thought I had 9's on my guitar because they played so nice, when in reality they were 10's. However, they can account for more than just strings. (set-up, frets, ETC). The edge over D'addario is definitely the stretch in time. D'addario need tuned a few times even with proper stretching. These you don't even need to pre-stretch and they stay in tune very well.
Garbage

I have been playing for over 30 years & have never had any string fail so fast. I have played just about every brand that is out there (Fender, Gibson, Ernie Ball, GHS, Martin, Daddario, Music Go Round store brand, Elixir, & many more. I changed my strings on my Les Paul (Daddario that have been on the guitar for over 6 months the 6th string finally gave) they had about 1 hour of breaking in time. So feeling confident I went to my show with only guitar & no backup strings "stupid me!!" Into the third song, I broke the fourth string! Lucky me someone in the audience had a string. Sound while it lasted. Poor very tinny. It seemed that they did not want to stay in tune but when I checked it was fine. Over all I am not impressed & wont even take a free pack if given to me as a back up.

I never used DR strings in my life until this guy gave me a free pack and told me check these strings out. Once I tried them I loved them, the sound and quality, these strings last forever I've had them for a last two months and they play and sound brand new. Check DR strings out they rock.
Nothing Better

When I first started playing guitar I used Ernie Ball strings, but after using Dr Strings nothing else compares. You won't get any better than DR Strings they last longer than most strings, they keep the same tone no matter how long you use them, and there overall sound quality is perfect for any kind of music, rock, blues, or classical DR Strings are perfect. I won't trust any other strings on my B.C. Rich.
