DR Strings DDT Bass Strings Demo

DR Strings Company Video

Description
Now you can "stand and deliver" in-tune notes at lower pitches that are clean and clear-plus you can drop tune with confidence and accuracy. You'll be surprised how few adjustments you'll make to change tunings and will be even more surprised how well DR Drop-Down Tuning strings lock into tune. DR
Experienced players comment: "Tuned down, I was never able to play a favorite riff. It always came out muddy and garbled. Now it is crystal clear. I am going to record it and give it to my bandmates, who could not hear it before."
DR DDT strings deliver far more than just heavy gauges-they deliver impeccable bass tone.
Extra Heavy gauges: 65-85-102-125.

Played with this set tuned to C standard, they have a great tone and feel but I ended up switching to the other DR set one gauge set smaller and worked out better for me.
best strings

These are by far the best strings that i have ever used. the 125's are perfect for both of my jazz basses and my sdb-2 ibanez iceman. we play in drop A so string slop is a huge detrement. these strings have none but aren't too tight either. i had the iceman set up for the drop a tuning but both of my jazz basses were set to go after adjusting the action up a little. they both had 105's on them from the factory so action was way too low for these monsters. they feel like there is a coating on the strings so you can fly around the fretboard with ease. definitley the best strings that i have ever used. tried diaddario 125's and they were still too sloppy but the DR's are perfect. hope this helps
Perfect for Drob B

These strings are the perfect gauge for Drob B tuning on a four string. The "heavy" pack is perfect for Drop C. These strings have not only improved the buzzing from having lighter strings they also add a kick to your signal since it no longer has to fight to bring out the note your playing. Youd think that the 125 gauge is really thick but trust me its not at all. Anyone on drop B should really consider these strings for the price. without having to buy a five string pak and not using the high string.
