The DOD Bifet Boost 410 (2014 version) has the tone and volume to boost your solos into orbit. This DOD Bifet Boost 410 now comes with a selectable Buffer On/Off toggle switch, giving you the flexibility to be used anywhere in your FX chain. Use it first in the chain with the buffer off so that the buffer won't affect fuzz pedals, or put it last in the chain with the buffer on to counter the signal loss of today's larger packed pedalboards. True bypass allows your guitar tone to remain pristine even when the DOD Bifet Boost 410 is off. This is a big difference from the original which would color your bypassed tone. The modern 9V DC power supply input make the pedal more pedalboard-friendly.

    This pedal will give your board an extra kick with some nice EQ. It's subtle but very noticeable when you turn it off. I always keep it on.

    I'd been curious about this pedal for a long time before I finally decided to buy one. I have to say I'm glad I did! This is a nice and fairly versatile boost; plenty of volume on tap, seems to have plenty of headroom to push or be pushed, has a tone control with a *lot* of range bright to dark, and the buffer switch is handy if you have a lot of true bypass pedals or longer cable runs. It seems to be a well designed and neutral buffer too, which is nice. Another winner from DOD.

    i haven't bought a DOD pedal in many years.. this boost has completely changed my mind towards DOD. i already love the sound of my casino into my vox ac4hw1, i just want some more gain and clarity. this pedal has given me everything i wanted; a nice clean boost in volume to push the poweramp, a switchable buffer (VERY HANDY),as well as a single eq knob to adjust for each guitar in my arsenal. this is now replacing my keeley java boost treble booster (boutique!). if you already love the tone of your guitar AND amp, and simply want some more clean gain, this is your pedal. it will not color your amp like an OD/distortion/fuzz, it will just help your amp "sing better".
