This non-cutaway dreadnought offers huge tone and serious sustain, thanks to the marriage of its solid Sitka spruce top and ornate laminated macassar ebony back and sides, and is now offered with a Fishman Presys+ preamp. The versatile electronics gives you a 3-band EQ and tuner, as well as brilliance control and phase and notch feedback control for exceptional plugged-in performance. Despite the larger drednought body size, the Excel Lexington's slim C-shape neck still guarantees comfortable playability—especially with its satin finish that fully eliminates the issue of sticking hands.
