    I've been gigging regularly (3-4x week) with these strings and they really last and aren't prone to breaking. I first used them on my Taylor's and now use them on my Fender Acoustasonics. They have a full sound and aren't too "zingy". They have a slightly broken in sound when new (like you've played them a few times). Not dull, just nicely balanced and not thin. The sound stays very consistent for extended periods of time, which offsets the price difference between these and non-coated strings. Tuning is consistent and stable.
