Great long lasting strings

I put these on an early 1970's Epiphone FT-165 that hadn't been out of its case in more than 30 years. A little conditioning, cleaning and polish brought the vintage 12 string back to life. The owner was like a kid on Christmas morning. It is now the center piece in their living and has the owner excited about playing again. The tone is absolutely amazing.

Why no 80/20?

Just bought a set of these as no Elixirs. I prefer 80/20 so I will give these a shot but already feel like they won't be what I am wanting. I hope they consider 80/20's in the future. Update you later. Expensive too!

I've been playing 12-string for 40 years, and this rose to the top of the best strings. I tune to Eb.

As an Armature collector with 21 guitars I don't get to play each guitar as often as I would like. But I can Count on the to be ready to play each time I pick them up due to the quality and consistency of these strings.

  • I always buy these strings
