Awesome tone for my Martin Hd 28. There are a lot of great strings out there. But I'm kinda old fashion and love that classic sound. These strings last me about 3 mos. and sound so good. I play everyday for a few hours and every sunday at church almost. That's over 2 yrs. of strings! A lot of Praisin' for that price!!!
The worst strings ever.

Don't waste your money. I bought these strings because I wanted to try something new, and yes, it was very new, but not in a good way. I will admit that the tone is excellent, its truly beautiful, when the E string will stay in tune. I learned that the E(low) string will very often fall out of tune if you use it a lot or if you bend it just once. I don't know if my pack was defective but I cant stand how easily the tone changes by the simple act of bending it. Don't buy these if you plan on using that string.
