D'Addario EHR370 Half Round Medium guitar strings are round wound with 430 stainless steel, then precision ground, leaving the outer surface semi-smooth. They retain the flexibility and tonal characteristics of round wound strings, but provide a smoother feel. Medium gauge.

    Used the same strings but 12-53 & 13-56? Now I find bending and vibrato becomes eaiser with this 11-49 gaige half-round stainless steel strings.... Much eaiser to express the nuances I desire...🤙🏽

    I really liked these strings, despite the round they have quite a bit of brightness, great to play blues and at the same time the half round allows for mellow tones and Jazz without the fuzz of regular strings. I am usually skeptic about hybrid products, because they are half way good for either application, but in this case I think it is a success.
