Description

The phosphor bronze strings in the D'Addario EFT17 acoustic guitar string set are polished smooth. This produces a smooth, flattened playing surface, but does not sacrifice the warm tone and sustain associated with phosphor bronze strings. Flat Tops are excellent for recording and greatly reduce finger noise. This is a Medium set and features gauges 13-17-26-35-45-56.

    You won't find anything else on my acoustic guitar. These strings GREATLY reduce fret board squeeking. I don't know if its because I have rough finger tips or becuse I play songs where I am going up and down the fret board, but I was always dealing with fret board noise. These strings eliminate at least 90% of the squeeking. The only negative that finger pickers may notice is it seems they produce less volume.
