Description

XLR8 is the fast and easy string lubricant and cleaner. XLR8 removes friction for faster playing while at the same time cleans your strings for prolonged life and fresh string tone. Simply take the ergonomic applicator and wipe up and down the strings and thats it. XLR8 will also condition the fretboard as it works.

Slick

The lubricant is in a sponge applicator, it is not gooey or waxy like other similar products. You can see what a good job it does at cleaning when you see the gray streaks left in the white sponge after wiping it even over strings that have just been changed. Leaves strings very slick for a much improved playing feel. Best to keep the applicator capped and locked inside its tin so it won't dry out. It can be hard to tell when the sponge is used up, but if you no longer feel the difference when you use it, it may be time to open a new tin.

Wouldn't buy again

Doesn't last very long. And the tin was all open in the box. It only kinda works as a string cleaner but as far as a lubricant only lasts maybe 30 seconds

    This stuff works like a dream. After just one use I could feel the difference with my strings, my fingers could just glide down the fret board with no drag what so ever. This product is a must buy for any guitarist.
