Crate FlexWave FW120HS and FW412 Half Stack Slant

Description
Producing 120 watts of savage power while sporting three channels and built in effects, it' the perfect head for the gigging maniac. We guess you could use it in your bedroom too, if you don™t mind re-plastering the walls every week.
The FlexWave120H head's FlexWave Evolution preamp uses Crate's patented Sequential Channel Tracking technology, for a tone with balls so big, it needs a jumbo-sized jockstrap. Variable 3-channel operation allows you to switch between twang-adelic clean, hot-as-hell overdrive, and tortured high-gain channels via the included footswitch.
With 18 stereo DSP effects, Channel Tracking of effects settings, and Crate's proprietary Shape Control circuit for sculpting wicked custom tones, it' statistically impossible to dial up a lame sound.
The matching FW412A/B speaker cabinet is designed for the next generation of rock players. These 4x12" cabs are available in slanted (FW412A) and straight (FW412B) models, and are guaranteed to produce gale-force movements of air. With 120 watts of power handling capability, the FW412A and FW412B operate in either stereo or mono at 4 or 8 ohms.

Wonderful amp!

I've had this amp for a little over a year. So far, it has been excellent. This amp is very versatile. I can go from clean Dashboard Confessional to melodic hardcore. It has been stuffed into the backseat of my first car (Chevy Cavalier coupe), and now it fits perfectly in the back of my Jeep Cherokee. It has held up about as normal as any other amp. It's been outside, squeezed between two surfaces, etc. It only has scuffs and very mild scratches. The cab is surprisingly light compared to the head. The open-back concept of the head allows me to store my cables inside of it during travel. It still looks fairly new, as far as the head goes. If you're on the fence about this, you might as well dive headfirst. It doesn't disappoint. It's loud enough to fill a medium sized venue or bar. It doesn't lose tone at high volume, and the high gain channel sounds amazing. It makes my strat knock off sound like the real thing. For the money, you can't beat this. If you can find one used, then jump on it. If not used, then STILL jump on it.
