Cleartone Nickel-Plated Light Electric Guitar Strings

Also available in these bundles

Description
Cleartone Electric Guitar Strings are made of nickel-plated steel over a hex core. A unique treatment called EMP coats the entire string with an ultrathin protective film. It's the thinnest coating ever applied to guitar strings (less than one micron!) and will withstand more abuse from hard strumming than coatings 1000 times thicker! EMP ensures longer string life by protecting strings from corrosion due to skin acidity, salt, and moisture without compromising feel and sound. Made in the USA.

Features
- Thinnest coating ever!
- Dramatically increases string life
- Protects strings from corrosion
- Withstands hard strumming
- American made

The Only Electric Strings I'll Buy
A salesperson at my local music store recommended these as the best strings to buy for quality and durability. I was kind of edgy about the price but I bought them anyway. Now they're the only strings I'll buy for my electric guitars. These are the best strings you can buy!!!

Worst strings for lead
Was looking for a corrosion resistant string, read a few reviews about these, and bought 3 sets for my guitars. Installed them on saturday, threw them in the trash on sunday. They are sticky, and cause your fingers to drag. Really slows down your playing. I'll stick to GHS Boomers. A 1/3 of the price, and a superior string any day of the week.

Good for less than a week

Lasted less than a week of light playing. Strings are visibly corroded, and the tone is dull already. I bought these because they didn't have elixir strings in stock. Elixir gives me a month of consistent tone quality. Cleartone must be treating their strings with salt water or something. Needless to say I won't be purchasing again
Always Good.

I use ClearTone strings on all my guitars. They're louder and stay fresh longer.

I play really hard. I'm always touring, and I'm always on the go. I need the same strings that can withstand the test of time as well as provide a nice, full tone. I've tried everything from custom strings to ghs boomers, and I gotta say that these are among my top 2. There are several reasons why you should get these. The price is superb for the quality of string. It's almost a steal. If you're upgrading, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how much your tone improves. The coating does not make your tone muddy like the elixirs do, nor does the coating ever flake off. Pair these sets of string with a white mineral oil (Like ghs fast fret), and it doubles the string life about 6-8 months. This saves me a ton of money when I'm on the run. Well worth buying.
