    It might, but be careful — Casio keyboards can be picky about power adapters. The Casio Privia PX-160 usually uses the Casio AD-A12150B adapter (12V, 1.5A). The Casio AP-200 (an older model) typically uses the AD-12 adapter (also 12V, 1.5A). So in terms of voltage and current, they are the same, which is good. If the connector (plug) is the same size and polarity (center positive, which Casio almost always uses), it should technically work. BUT: Double-check that the PX-160 adapter says 12V, 1.5A on its label. Double-check that the plug physically fits snugly into the AP-200. Make sure the polarity diagram (little circle with + and –) matches what's on the AP-200.
