This warranty extends only to defects in materials or workmanship as limited above and does not extend to any product which has been lost or discarded, by accident or improper maintenance; or which has been altered; or which has had the serial number removed, altered, detached or made illegible; or which has been repaired or modified by a non-authorized person or company. This warranty does not apply to any owner other than the original purchaser; any defects caused by reasonable use, neglect, moisture and/or temperature extremes, handling, shipping or accidents; natural wood finishes or normal color changes of wood or shell covering material. Under this warranty repair or replacement of parts is the only remedy, and loss of use of the products, loss of time, inconvenience or consequential damages are not covered.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL Latin Percussion BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

Pretty Darn Nice

For the price these druns are great. They have a nice sound and a good feel. Ipurchased these for casual use to help supplement some sound when jamming lightly. (READ NOT PROFESSIONAL) :) For a basic set of bongos they are a great way to go.

Great bongos, but consider purchasing elsewhere!

Good and bad. First, the good - the bongos. Love them! Great quality, good looks, and I love the bag that comes with them. Now the bad - Guitar Center's customer service. The bongos were missing a rubber "foot. Not a big deal except the exposed piece scratches the surface it's set on. Called Guitar Center's customer service and was told my inquiry will be forwarded to another department who will get back to me in a few weeks. A few weeks? For a small piece of rubber? C'mon! I'll figure something out on my own. I'm sure it's not worth their trouble to get back to me.
