This was a replacement for one that quit for unknown reasons, but protection plan provided replacement promptly.

We own 9 of these for corporate events and meeting. We like the battery operated feature because we often use them where AC power is not convenient. We have the wireless controller but seldom use it and use the IR remotes most of the time. The 9 we have and the special case will pay for themselves in 3 events. I highly recommend them.
