    • DOES NOT HAVE A MASTER DIMMER CHANNEL

This light was a bit of a disappointment. There is not a DMX channel for a dimmer for the whole light. The only way to dim in dmx mode is to manually bring down the RGB values together. It even says on the box "0-100% Electronic Dimming." Buy the ADJ Profile Panel instead, seems to be the same light and it has a dimmer channel that works great for my uses. I suppose if you don't need DMX or if the dimmer channel isn't an issue, then go ahead and buy this light because otherwise it seems to work just fine.

I originally purchased 2 of these lights starting of as a DJ a couple years ago and have purchased 14 more of them since then. These lights are AMAZING and far exceeded my expectations for my buck! They are very bright and easy to use! They are very reliable! I use them in theater productions all the time because of their smooth wash & outstanding color mixing abilities. A must buy for all!

Just picked up one of these units yesterday. It's an excellent little piece of kit that delivers as expected. Very bright, entertaining patterns. Thinking about picking up a second one. They are linkable in Master/Slave mode without a controller. Will be using this for my halloween party.

this is an amazing light. It is so bright, and the pre programmed sound activated effects are amazing. I bought two of them and I can't even express how bright the colors are. This is a great buy. I don't want to mess around with a control board and with this light you do not need to worry about it, just plug program and go.

    • Not good for uplighting

These lights were sold to us as an excellent source of uplighting because of portability, and color range. We bought one hundred and sixty of them. For the most part they are ok as a stage wash. However you cannot obtain a yellow ( big this season ) or a pure white. The white creates very bad red and blue halo's. Not a pure white. the width of these lights are awkward to set up, and the power wires cannot be linked. It says "satellite ready" but we've still yet to find out what that really means.
