The Breedlove Pursuit Exotic S Concert CE myrtlewood guitar combines the versatility of an acoustic-electric soft-cutaway concert body with myrtlewood’s otherworldly meld of rosewood bass, mahogany warmth and maple shimmer, now in a sustainable EcoTonewood package. Its concert body shape is well-balanced, compact and comfortable to play, generating an articulate tonal range that is suited to fingerpicking, vocal accompaniment and a full strum. The African mahogany neck has a soft C-shaped profile, whose slimmer design and satin finish enable comfortable play for any hand size. The bolt-on neck and single-action truss rod provide easy adjustment for both the play action and neck angle. The Pursuit Exotic S Concert CE also features EcoTonewood back and sides—a process of integrating three layers of sustainably harvested tonewoods to produce an environmentally friendly instrument with vibrant sound.
