    Precision Tuning

I bought a BOSS 12H guitar tuner 12 years ago, it finally gave up the ghost last month & I am replacing it with the newest model of the exact same tuner. It absolutely always gave perfect tuning for electric or acoustic, would even tell you whether your voice was exact pitch; In fact we looked at an electronic keyboard to purchase, I checked it with my tuner & we did not buy it because it wasn't exact pitch. HINT: Buy the AC adapter, tuning is difficult w/ low battery.

    Avoid this product.

I am a huge fan of Boss gear but this product should be avoided. It truly is garbage. Cheaply made. Tiny little display on needle gauge and believe it or not no backlighting of this gauge or top lighting for that matter. Like I said, I am a huge boss fan as you would see if you saw my pedal board but this is trash.

It is very easy to use and very responsive, my only complaint is that the dial is not back lighted, but I can get by without it.

    • The great Boss tuner tradition lives on.

This tuner allows you to check your tuning on the fly without killing the signal chain. It also 'still' fits in the BCB-60 pedal board case AND can be powered by the built in power source without needing a battery. I use it with the a bass pedal board rig!

    • Just as great as before!

In our group we play many different string instruments. We had a older version and loved it, so I'm glad the new one is just as good as before!

    • Excellent tuner

Very accurate, especially good for setting intonation. An analog tuner will beat a digital one every time.
