i bought this from guitar center a couple weeks f years ago…. the clean channel rivals the fender clean; channel 2 and 3 has amazing gain (warm and creamy and sweet with harmonics with bridge pickup) and many controls to tweet ur tone; one major flaw in my opinion is the effects loop which u can turn on/off, and there's a return volume level nob to control the returning effects volume (which in some ways serves as a master volume)…. this is where the problem is…. when effects loop is on and when u start dailing in the return volume nob, anything pass 4 is very noisy and practically unusable; i read the manual and reaearched abit on the internet basically u keep the return volume nob at around 3 and u need to dail up the volume controls on the 3 channels…

Had to wait for this AMP for a while, not GCs fault, manufacturing was held up, I got to tell you the wait was well worth it, I am about one of the most particular people when it comes to AMP selection, very fussy, but this AMP sounded so good I knew within 15 minutes of playing it that I loved the tone, it has so many switches that you can get the tone dialed in that you are looking for, if your looking for versatilitiy and tone look no further my friend, this Amp is AWESOME!

This is one of the better amp heads that has come around for some time now. I just absolutely love this amp. from crystal clear cleans to all out searing lead tones...this is the amp. No matter the style of music this amp will fit the bill. I would without hesitation buy another if anything happened to mine...just simply a fantastic amp.
