It's hard to imagine a guitar playing and sounding this good at any price. When I hang it on the wall after playing it, you can still hear the chord or note that was last played. I'm definitely going to pick up a dreadnought in the future.

It was kind of boxy sounding right out of the box with the included strings, but once I lowered the action and changed the strings to Elixir Nano Webs ( 11-52), the guitar opened up, and it plays like a dream. The sound is excellent, jangley and deep. I started playing it at about 3:30pm and had to force myself to put it down so at dinner time. I am blown away by the clarity both when I finger pick and strum. The sound is strong and clear and very balanced, like a choir where you can hear each part as they come together in harmony. After the set up the intonation was almost perfect. The workmanship on the guitar is stellar. Everything is well done and beautiful. I knew I'd have to set it up to be how I need it to be. The only guitars I have that I didn't have to set up are my Gibson J45 and my Bree loves. I believe this guitar is worth the price I paid for it. I bought it because I, 66, and I have shoulder joint issues that will eventually make it hard to play my dread naughts and jumbos. If something happens to this guitar I would purchase another ASAP. This guitar tea Lily surprised me…pleasantly

I am in my 70's and have arthritis and carpal tunnel in my hands. This guitar is is not as easy to play as my Martin 000-28 or my Taylor 614ce but it has a 1 7/8 nut and i'm getting more comfortable with it . Big sound for a parlor.

I went through 4 of these really pretty Asian instruments and all were un-playable due to twisted or seriously uneven neck/ fretboards & frets. Guitar Center techs all said It wasn't even worth trying to remedy hence the triple re-order. All were worse than the last. If you're looking for something to hang on your wall then this is the parlor guitar for you! Really a shame with the solid wood construction. I'm saving up for an American made slot head parlor...

I have been looking for a parlor for a while. Tried a couple. Fender Paramont, couple of Recording Kings. But this one is by far the best. A bit more than I wanted to spend but worth it. Spruce and rosewood all solid. Craftsmanship is excellent. The tone is deep and rich. I own five Martins. You would have to spend at least 4K to get a Martin like this one. The neck is 7/8 inch which is a bit big but you can get used to it. It's definitely a finger pickers dream. After two weeks the tone gets better and better. The playability is smooth and easy. I bought a K&K Mini an ideal mate. If you are looking for a parlor at a great price find one of these.
