    The keys are wobbly and hard to hit consistently. The built in speaker sound is tinny and quiet. Software is pretty good, and there's a lot you can do even without the companion app. Overall, I feel like this should be half the price for the build quality you actually get.

    I have been playing with it for a few days and the work flow and sounds are great...download the app lots of sound packs free from yamaha....back up projects ...sound design and more. The build quality feels a little fragile....but love this device

    The Seqtrak allows me to create music without the tether of an outlet or PC/mouse. It's super fun, surprisingly intuitive (given the lack of a screen), and has the ability to create basically any sound you want.

    The sound quality of this instrument rivals the Yamaha DX 7 I owned in the early 90's. The recording functions surpass the expensive Digital Audio Workstations I've owned and relied on as recent as 20 years ago. I find it unbelievable in it's functionality. It is a superior sequencer, a fantastic sounding synthesizer, a drum machine that sounds so good it gives me goose bumps! A sampler that rivals all competing stand alone keyboard samplers! The DX logarithm engine that produces patches so lush and brilliant that the Seqtrak, in my opinion, is the NEW Top OF THE LINE STANDARD in instruments without equal.

    This has a lot to offer. It connects to your device so it can have a screen which it makes it easier to navigate. I connected it to a midi keyboard and it was a blast to use.
