This is an amzing product made by Vic Firth that is the perfect gift for a tenor player. It has 3 spocks, which makes it great for someone who is using either a one spock tenor or two spock tenor in their band. The laminate film also keeps the pad on great condition, which makes it last for longer periods of practice time. In addition, the pad's rebound is nearly identical to the one of an actual tenor drum. Its rims prove to be helpful when doing rim shots or just making sure you don't hear any tick sounds when you are rehearsing. This is an amazing product for marching tenor drum players and I highly reccomend it!

What size is the "head" on the practice pad. It says small so I would assume that it's 6', 8', 10', 12', 13'. That's the size we use in our drum line so I'm just curious if I need large, small, or if there's any difference.
. The drum pads included on this set approximate the accurate playing areas of 6", 8", 10", 12" and 13" inch drums. I’m sorry, I don’t know about the large. Vic Firth gives no information.
