Would definitely buy again

I bought the Squier Affinity Telecaster Limited Edition as an open box purchase. Upon my receiving the guitar I was absolutely blown away at the quality of the guitar. Beautiful finish, the intonation was on spot out of the box, it was pretty much in tune, the action was spot on and it sounds fantastic. I know a lot of players want to use this as a platform to build a custom guitar, but no need on mine, IT'S PERFECT THE WAY IT IS. This guitar sounds just as good or better than a lot of the Player Series Fenders and MIM teles. As far as the weight of the guitar, well it's hefty. About 8 lbs. Squier has upped their game and they can compete with some of the best out there.

I wouldn't buy this guy again

I purchased online and thought it was going to be a great deal. When it arrived the quality wasn't what I expected but the main reason I returned it was because the fretboard was sharp and felt like it was cutting into my hand when I played. I decided to return and keep searching.

Frets are level and no sharp ends. Full sized pots. Pickup outputs are 7.22 and 7.25. Split tuning machines feel good and do their job. The neck feels great and the body doesn't have a single blemish. I was thinking I would have to replace the pickups, but they sound great!

  • Yes! I definitely would buy this guitar again.

I purchased this Telecaster in 2024. It was manufactured on 12/2024. I am totally amassed at the quality. The neck is great good frets great finish and the neck looks like it has rolled edges. The frets are smooth and polished. Surprisingly my guitar only weighs 7.3 pounds. Plays and sounds great. The wiring and assembly is s all very neat and organized. The only upgrades that I have done are: Fender classic tuners, three saddle bridge with compensated saddles. The pickups and pots are fine. " TOTALLY IMPRESSED AND PLEASED WITH THIS GUITAR " I own many other Telecasters and this one has become one of my favorites.

Hard to believe it's possible to buy a guitar this good for so little money. Fit & finish are excellent, no sharp fret ends, stays in tune, pickups sound just fine. Unless you are actively working in a band ( getting paid ) and feel like you need professional grade equipment I don't know why you would need anything more expensive.

It's a thin body, contour cut. The back has quite a cut. Very comfortable. This is a really nice guitar.
