Description

The Sabian AAX Air Splash is a washy, cutting splash that really breathes. With six ¾-diameter holes in the 8" model, the AAX Air Splash incorporates a raw bell with AAX hammering and lathing. This design results in a splash cymbal with biting tone, plenty of depth and an immediate decay.

This splash features a traditional finish and is also available as a 10" model.

    I was recommended this cymbal by an employee from the store in Saginaw. I can apply it to in any style that i play. It's limitless and for being as thin as it is, it takes a beating. It has a really good feel too very responsive and just the right amount of a trashy sound as well. Sabian grandslam with this.

    I use this mainly in my originals. I use it for a mild but noticed attack. This is my mild attack compared to my china.

    Reminds me of the evolution series. I really like my splashes on the quick dry side. This one hit it on the head. It's a little trashy, but in a good way.

    If your thinking about getting this cymbal go ahead and pull the trigger! This thing sounds great. Imagine a nice quick splash with a little china like trash added in and there you have it. Highly recommended. You could throw it on another and make a stck with it too. Great addition to your kit.
