Jackson X Series Concert Bass CBXNT DX IV | Featured Demo | Jackson

Description
The Jackson X Series Concert Bass CBXNT DX IV 34"scale bass is designed for one express purpose—delivering a thunderous low end. Upgraded electronics, a classically brutal style and fast, efficient playability make this bass a fundamental force to be reckoned with. Perfect for rock or metal, the CBXNT DX IV pairs a poplar body with a graphite-reinforced neck that generates formidable sustain and can withstand aggressive playing styles.
A Tone Tailored to Your Needs
The heart of this four-string beast is a Jackson J-style bridge pickup and Jackson P-style neck pickup, mated to an active 3-band EQ circuit. Sculpt your tone by adding punch, cutting through the mix or rumbling with the rhythm section. A stylish chrome Jackson Bass Bacher IV string-through-body hardtail bridge enhances note attack and sustain without altering your carefully crafted tone. Sealed die-cast tuning machines keep strings in tune, no matter how hard you dig in.
Lightning-Fast Playability
The CBXNT DX IV's 12"-16" compound radius bound laurel fingerboard and 24 jumbo frets make for lightning-fast playability. Glide your fingers effortlessly across the bass's fretboard, whether executing rapid-fire runs or nailing syncopated rhythms. The graphite-reinforced neck provides stability and sustain, standing up to aggressive playing styles.
Sleek Style
The CBXNT DX IV ups the ante in the style realm with an all-new vivid Absynthe Frost, Gloss Black or Rocket Red finish, each featuring a parchment pickguard, pearloid sharkfin inlays, and chrome hardware including a bridge pickup cover. The Jackson pointed 4-in-line black headstock is the final touch on this beautifully brutal bass.
High Performance, Unbeatable Value
Highly affordable, the CBXNT DX IV is the perfect weapon for the bassist who requires nothing less than the latest in high-performance bass technology. With its impressive construction and full-throttle sound, the Jackson X Series Concert Bass CBXNT DX IV is ideal for a variety of genres, making it a versatile and valuable addition to any bassist's arsenal.

Was just browsing and seen this on clearance. Plugged it in and sounded amazing. I stopped looking and bought it. Lots of controversy over this bass because it looks like a Rickenbacker knock off. Yes it does but sounds great.

The sound and the fit and finish are excellent. It was a far better instrument than I expected in its price range. It arrived from the factory well set-up.
Sounds as great as it looks.

I absolutely love the styling and tone. The 3 band EQ gives a lot of flexibility for tone even with a basic amp, and the neck through body design allows for some serious sustain. Every bit of fit and finish feels great and the Jackson pearloid inlays and headstock scream style.
