I waited a long time for this guitar to release and thankfully it came out before the tariffs start taking its toll. After a couple hours with it, it plays really nice. There are no cracks or runs in the paint. This particular guitar has a nice weight. The single humbucker sounds great for what it's intended for and has a warmer tone when you pull up on the volume pot. It's sounds similar to an EMG 81 for reference. The installed Floyd Rose 1000 series are made in Korea which are inferior compared to an Original FR which are made in Germany, but it keeps the cost down and works just fine so far. My only complaint is the frets are going to need some sharp edges smoothed out. That being said, the overall sound and feel of the guitar is pretty nice. I'm happy with the purchase and recommend it to those who want a good guitar for metal. I also recommend getting a hard shell case since it only comes with a gig bag. I can't say what the long term durability is since it just became available to the market. Time will tell
