The Jackson MJ Series Soloist SL2 delivers a quintessential metal tone and effortless shreddability. The SL2's Seymour Duncan JB SH-4 bridge humbucker erupts with molten distortion and punchy lows, while the Seymour Duncan Jazz SH-2N neck humbucker glows with crisp highs and scooped mids—controlled via a 3-way toggle switch and volume and tone knobs.

A guitar built for the demands of high-velocity rock and metal, the SL2's compound radius ebony fingerboard, 24 jumbo frets and Luminlay side dots facilitate rapid solos, tapping passages and whammy bar theatrics.
