The MTM1's 5-piece maple/walnut Wizard III neck employs neck-through construction for smooth access to the upper frets and increased sustain. Shaped to Mick's preference, the bound Rosewood fretboard is flat and wide, and adorned with Mick's signature Seven inlay across the first five frets.

The MTM1 comes out of the case in standard Slipknot Drop B tuning, and boasts a pair of high output Seymour Duncan Mick Thomson signature Blackouts EMTY. These pickups capture every sonic nuance, delivering tight lows and scorching top-end cut. It's also good to know that no matter how rowdy or raw the music gets, you're guaranteed solid tuning stability, thanks to the MTM1's low profile, FX Edge III locking fixed bridge.
