Open Box Ibanez MTM1 Mick Thomson Signature MTM Electric Guitar Level 2 Black 190839051974

Description
With thunderous, earth shaking tone and seemingly infinite sustain, the mahogany-bodied MTM1 has become Mick's main stage guitar. The MTM1's 5-piece maple/walnut Wizard III neck employs neck-through construction for smooth access to the upper frets and increased sustain. Shaped to Mick's preference, the bound Rosewood fretboard is flat and wide, and adorned with Mick's signature Seven inlay across the first five frets.
The MTM1 comes out of the case in standard Slipknot Drop B tuning, and boasts a pair of high output Seymour Duncan Mick Thomson signature Blackouts EMTY. These pickups capture every sonic nuance, delivering tight lows and scorching top-end cut. It's also good to know that no matter how rowdy or raw the music gets, you're guaranteed solid tuning stability, thanks to the MTM1's low profile, FX Edge III locking fixed bridge. Hardshell case included.
Factory tuning: 1C#, 2G#, 3E, 4B, 5F#, 6B

This guitar has a lot more highs and mids than advertized. This guitar can solo and play detuned thrash metal inspired riffs. This guitar is an extreme metal /metal core guitar with a slipknot signature on it, not a nu metal guitar. When you detune the strings, you still feel the mid and treble response instead of mud, which is awesome for metal guitar players. The pickups have a lot of output so you can sound heavy out of a 25 watt amp, tube or solid state. The tightness of the bass response makes up for a loose bottom end on your amp. Overall I would rate this guitar 5 out of 5 stars.
