This is my new go to guitar.
I have seven guitars. My favorite LP Robot is now taking a second choice to play. This Pro Jet is now getting majority of playing time. I have 2 other Gretsches and two LPs and a Mex Tele and a Am dlx Strat HSS. This is a beautiful guitar too! You can't go wrong!

Looked like a beautiful guitar on sale They said it was in stock So I ordered it Later I found out there were no more unopened boxes, only store displays Mine came in from Cincinnati It was missing the spring in the Bixby whammy bar, there was oxidation on the gold on the whammy bar The tone knob needed tightening And there is a hum in the electronics It's going back to a nearby store and I won't be getting anymore guitars shipped to me from store stock REALY Come y'all this IS not a new guitar no matter what anyone says No wonder it didn't sell Cincinnati just sent me their unsellable item all the while the Manager told me over the phone that it was a nice guitar and that I would Really Like It Well he was wrong

My new guilty purchase. Bought it after going to GC to buy a cheap LP. Happened to pick it up because it was near the amp I wanted to use. I was SHOCKED. No, it's not a $4k LP. However, for the money, you can't buy a LP of this quality, build, and sound.
This is my new go to guitar.

This Pro Jet sounds every bit as good as my go to LP. Looks to kill and light. The tone I get from the pickup switched to Bridge sounds better than any of my other 6 guitars . May have a new go to ! I haven't even put on my favorite strings yet ! I am a recreation player but this would be a great gigging guitar .

Gretsch Guitars FSR Two-Tone Electromatic Pro Jet with Bigsby Electric Guitar Candy Apple Red and White What case should I get for this guitar since it has the Bigsby tremolo arm on it?
For the most part you would have to either bring the guitar by a store and give a few cases a test drive, or you can email us at YourVoice@GuitarCenter.com and we can look into special ordering the Gretsch case for it.submitted7 years ago
