ESP

Description

The ESP LTD EC-201 electric guitar offers the coolest aspects of the LTD EC Series at an accessible price. The EC-201 features a classic shape that's excellent for all musical styles and genres. Plus, it looks amazing with multi-binding on the mahogany body and headstock and black binding on the roasted jatoba fingerboard. The EC-201 is also a great feeling guitar with set-neck construction for fast and easy access to the highest frets. It boasts 24 extra-jumbo frets, ESP flag inlays, black hardware and an LTD bridge and tailpiece. However, perhaps most important in the EC-201’s great tone is the single ESP LH-150B pickup with antique nickel cover. The LH-150B's hot output is perfect for rock and metal, but can also be split for single-coil sounds with the push-pull volume knob.

I own the LTD Alex Skolnick guitar but hesitate to use that since I bought it as a collector. I wanted a similar shaped LTD so I bought this on the stupid deal of the day and I'm glad I did. It is comfy and has an aggressive tone. My metal sounds great and so does the blues! I recommend this LTD.

Why has the price gone up $50 before it even came off of preorder? Makes ESP look bad in my opinion.
