7. Warranty
a. In the event of any defect in the item of sale, the choice of remedy shall lie with us. Any expenses connected with the remedying of defects arising from the fact that the item of sale has been sent or taken to a place other than the place of performance shall be borne or refunded by the Customer. For claims to compensation on account of a defect, Section 6 of these Terms and Conditions shall apply.
b. The period of limitation for claims for defects shall be 2 years. This shall not apply in the case of fraudulent misrepresentation, willful intent or the cases specified in Arts. 478 and 479 BGB. This shall not affect the limitation period for recovering from the supplier as provided for under Arts. 478 and 479 BGB. The start of the limitation period shall be as specified in the law.
c. Warranty shall be excluded if the Customer has processed or resold the item of sale after he has discovered, or ought to have discovered, a defect unless he is able to prove that the processing or resale was necessary in order to prevent greater loss or damage.
d. Natural wear and tear and damage through improper treatment, handling or storage is excluded from warranty.
e. The return of products is allowed only after prior approval by beyerdynamic.

Accurate Sound, Easy Listening

The Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro is the most comfortable and accurate headphones in their pricerange, or even a little above. These headphones will not kill your head during tracking or extended listening sessions. They are extremelely accurate, making them great for listening to your favorite music, and getting the best mixes from your recordings. If you are passionate about music, then use headphones that are just as wonderful as the music coming through them.

THE CORD IS A PROBLEM! EVERYTHING ELSE IS GREAT!

I have been using these for 10 years very strong, before they finally gave out. This is my second pair, and it's always the cord that fails in the end. Beyerdynamic needs to do something about this issue, it is a major problem with the construction. Now I have to buy a 3rd pair!

    Haven't bought headphones in years and needed a new one because my old ones were falling apart. Did my research saw people's reviews knew this was what I needed and it was well worth the spin if they ever die. I'm most definitely will be purchasing these headphones again, I make beats online in the sound quality from these things are perfect.

    Use with my electric guitar through either my pedal board and amps, or through amplitube on my computer/irig, at night to not wake up the kids. These headphones create the perfect listening experience. Sounds as if I've got the knob turned to 11. #sweepstakes

    I got these to replace some aging, broken-down but well-loved Yamahas I've had for years. The sound of these Beyer Dynamic is great: well balanced and detailed. And with the slightly "fuzzy" cloth ear pads, they're very comfortable and easy to wear for long periods of use. I have a little basement studio which is my sandbox where I record cover tunes for my own enjoyment and these phones are an awesome addition.
