    A very nice case for the money. well padded. outside is waterproof, found that out the first day I took it out when a sudden T-storm broke out. Does now come with the backpack straps. this is the first case that I have had that will hold my shoulder rest within-it and still room to hold my tuner and couple sets of strings. and still have room. the outside pocket is big enough to hold my sheet music and keep it dry. The only problem was that it did not come with everything that was in the photo. like the humidifier gauge, the humidifier. the bag to hold the viola in. and most important THING the key to lock the case. Maybe I missed understood what all I was to getting form the Photo. But I am very happy with the case. would buy again.

    only negative comment is that I wish it could have had backpack straps, otherwise perfectly fine for the price

    What is the warranty on the case? Bought a case 4 months ago, and it is broken now. The lock doesn't work anymore.

    Both of the people who reviewed this product said it doesn't come with accessories pictured, including backpack straps, humidifier gauge, humidifier, bag for the viola, and the key to lock the case. Why are these accessories not included?

    This should come with everything but the humidifier gauge and humidifier. These also are not in stock until April 22nd to verify.

    I recently order the Bellafina Euro Viola Case 15-17 in. adjustable. I am not sure I received everything with it. I am missing the key to lock the case. also the bag to hold the viola, the humidifier and gauge. I am very happy with the case. Just confused by what the Photo shows and what I received.
