Behringer X32 COMPACT 40-Channel Digital Mixer

Description
The Behringer X32 Compact digital mixer packs the capabilities of a full studio console into a road-ready package ideal for live performance and recording. Despite its portable footprint, this 40-channel digital mixer delivers pristine audio quality, extensive routing options and an intuitive touchscreen workflow. Whether you're miking up a band or tracking vocals in the studio, the X32 Compact gives you professional mixing power on the go.

Pristine Clarity From Midas-Designed Preamps
At the heart of the X32 Compact are 16 Midas-designed mic preamps that deliver impeccable transparency and incredibly low noise. With an ultrahigh common-mode rejection ratio and extremely low harmonic distortion, these preamps capture every nuance of your inputs with stunning accuracy. Run drums, guitars, vocals and more through the X32 Compact's XLR inputs and be rewarded with a richly detailed, noise-free signal path.

Customize Your Workflow on the Touchscreen
The X32 Compact's color touchscreen interface makes mixing a breeze by putting total control at your fingertips. Quickly access any channel strip, bus, output or FX processor with a simple tap. Customize the layout to suit your workflow, whether you need fader banks for a live mix or easy editing tools for studio tracking. The intuitive touchscreen adapts to your needs, allowing you to focus on dialing in the perfect mix.

Versatile Routing and Connectivity
With 40 input channels, 25 mix busses and extensive I/O, the X32 Compact offers immense routing flexibility in a compact footprint. Send mixes to any of the 16 XLR outputs or route to the main stereo bus. Record directly to a computer over USB. The AES/EBU output allows integration with other digital consoles. Two 1/4" TRS outputs provide dedicated monitor mixes. This wealth of connectivity makes the X32 Compact an incredibly versatile centerpiece for studios and live rigs alike.

Built for the Stage and Studio
The X32 Compact's portable design and road-ready construction ensure it can handle the rigors of live gigs and mobile recording sessions. Despite its small size, the mixer offers big-console mixing power with advanced processing, true studio-grade faders and more. You get the features of a full digital mixer in a conveniently compact package suited for any performance or recording environment.
With the X32 Compact, Behringer has engineered a remarkably powerful and flexible digital console that defies its compact size. Professional audio quality from the Midas preamps, an intuitive touchscreen workflow and extensive routing options make it an ideal centerpiece for touring bands, home studios and professional facilities alike. When you need full mixing power in a portable package, the X32 Compact delivers.

Bought the X32 Compact to upgrade from the Xair 18. It is a beautiful mixer that gives all the functionality of the more costly mixers. The sound is fantastic and we are looking forward to it's first live performance test this weekend. I would strongly recommend this for any level musician. Nice Job Behringer!!!

Other than size, what is the difference between the X32 air and the X 32 Compact
The Behringer X32 and the Behringer X32 Compact differ in very few ways. As the name suggests, the X32 Compact is the same product as the X32 in terms of software, connectivity, and usability. The differences lie in the number of channels, mic inputs, main outputs, and faders.submitted6 months ago

On the Beringer x32 compact. Does the extended warranty start when the manufacturer's warranty runs out and how long is the manufacturers warranty?
The extended warranty does begin when the manufacturer's warranty ends. The manufacturer warranty is 3 years if registered within 90 days, 1 year if unregistered.
