Have used this microphone in a home recording studio for about 2 years. No problems. Good results for both vocal and instruments. The price is right.

This baby will cut through like a knife! It's got the highs and mids like no other and the lows are perfect. The attenuator is quiet when you switch it, making this mic comparable to a $500 - $600 condenser. I used it for a live gig in Houston with a 3000 person audience to mic up the hi-hat and the cardioid pattern focused so well, that we were able to amp up the gain to any level desirable. The downside to this mic, like all condenser (or dynamic for that matter) is the wind noise. It was particularly windy that day and with no filter, the wind naturally cut through. No matter what, however, the mic outperformed our band and our mic collection. This baby is going to the studio. Never believe that you "get what you pay for". Just believe that Behringer made this mic to be the best, and it is. Buy one today!
