  • Good tuner for both electric and acoustic guitar

I own two accoustic guitars and a 40 year old Teisco del ray ed-200 electric guitar. I had this tuner since the end of last year and it has been good to me by allowing me to plug in my electric guitar and have tuned before I start playing. Sometimes, when I tune my accoustic guitar, it doesn't catch the notes right away by seeing the needle doesn't move at all. I was able to get use to it and work my way around it. It is accurate in tuning my accoustic guitars before I start enjoying playing with them. This is the reason for giving it 4 stars. Other than that, this tuner is very useful and worth keeping for a very long time. I would recommend for anyone to purchase this product.

Mine just broke after 23 solid years of continuous use. I figure it's outside of warranty now, so I am delighted to see that the current model is almost exactly the same as my old one! A bit of gaf tape on the perished outer casing is all you will need to keep yours lasting this long also!

I had one given to me as a gift but then word of its greatness got out and someone flat out stole. But every note was perfectly tuned. Same thing with a bass. Boss out did themselves with this one.

The Boss TU-12H is the best choice when it comes to tuners. The highest quality and very easy to use! So accurate, I use it to set my intonation on my guitar! With care , I think this unit will last for ever. Two thumbs up!

I've had one of these for about 10 years and had absolutely no problem with it. It picks up the low B on my 5 string bass perfectly. I've tried a few other tuner brands like Korg because I wanted one for my rack, but I prefer this one for setting the intonation on my bass. The best thing about it is the analog needle which moves quickly and doesn't get all blurry like LCD or LED tuners can.
