It is big, in most cases as wide as your tube amp. But the speed in which you can check and correct tuning is amazing. I own five or six tuners ranging from the clip on type to the standard boss and digitech pedals. I can tell you that this one blows the others away. The only legit drawback is size. It's one more thing to drag to practice or a gig. It's Nowhere near as convenient as others that fit in the palm of your hand or with the rest of the gear on your pedal board. It's made by boss so I expect it will hold up well. The fact that it can power other pedals is very nice, and it comes with the power cords to do that. I would recommend it to any musician who plays out live, probably not very practical for home studio or amateur musicians.
