My first experience with a condenser mic -- it it noticeably better than traditional (non-condenser). Crisper, clearer, just better. Actually made me more confident as a singer. Great mic at a great price!

I had used a Shure SM58 for quite awhile and it performed fine but I prefer the superior clarity and crispness that I get with this mic for my voice. The SM58 is a little better at regecting feedback but that's due to its lack of high frequency response. I've been using this mic for about 4 Months and I'm very happy. If you're looking for clarity and crispness this is a great choice, keep in mind it requires phantom power.

I will say, I didn't buy this, but since I see the price, I now think that this is a god mic for the price. I got a cheapy one that you couldn't hardly hear yourself unless the mic was in your mouth, then I got this, I was surprised at the clarity, and the fact that from a foot from my mouth I could still hear myself, not real loud, but it's just the point! I'm a singer and a guitar player for a metal/deathmetal/techno metal (as we call it) band. So, sound is a good thing with me. Hardly ever looks, just quality, and I will use this mic til it dies. BUY IT!!!
