Brilliant on Toms

I've been using the AE3000 to close mic all of my toms, from smaller rack to to large floor toms, and I love the sound. These things handle the SPLs well and provide great sound which requires very little EQ at the board to get the perfect tone. With a good gate setup properly, the sound is amazing. Love them.

Love this mic! I mic guitar cabs, 2x12's, 4x12's, & 4x10's it's been perfect in every app. Love miking acoustic guitar with it. Rugged, great for miking anything, even vocals. Best results have been miking 2x12 cabs and acoustic guitar.
