I love these sticks. They are inexpensive and last me about a year. They have a great feel. I switched to them about 3 years ago and haven't used another stick since.

Used them for one long practice - they feel great and worked very well. Didn't look they they took on much wear - or put added stress on cymbals or heads. Time will tell - hope they last a long time!
truly amazing sticks.

I have used these sticks since 1999 and they used to work very well and last 10 times longer than wood sticks. Unfortunately it seems they have changed the way they are manufactured. Initially they would last for several weeks of playing (2 to 3 times per week). Now they break after only a few minutes of playing time. I can get through a couple of songs before the end breaks off of the stick, whereas I used to get at least a couple of weeks out of them. Very disappointing..
Have been using these sticks since 1987

I've been using these sticks since 1987. I have all available sizes and still have my original 5b's purchased in 1987. That is how durable these sticks are. I have been in and out of bands, recording studios, etc and highly recommend these if you are looking for a nearly indestructible stick. They are safe for cymbals. I was worried about that at first since the sticks are composite. No problems. Music I have played is EVERYTHING. From Metallica to blues - jazz -swing - classic rock - hair band rock - country - contemporary Christian, the sticks perform. This review is from a professional musician.

Well I go through a pair of wooden sticks in a day which is pretty expensive and I saw these so I got 2 pairs. I started playing with them as soon as I got them and they are deffinately durable but they made my snare drum quiet and puttery but when I use wooden sticks it sound beefy and well amazing. Durable but they dont make all your drums sound amazing.
