Super-Kick I

A clear, single ply, medium-weight bass drumhead, the Super-Kick I also features the "Floating Muffling System." A narrow felt muffle ring is attached to the backside of the drumhead to produce a low-end, well-defined punchy sound.

Spectacular!

I bought a Tama superstar drum kit two years ago. Ever since I've been trying to get it to sound the way I want. I have tried Tama's stock heads, Evans clear, Evans coated, Remo, you name it. I've probably went through 7 different heads. I was about to give up on my Tama set when I finally found this bass drum head pack. Sounds spectacular wide open with no extra muffling. It will hit you right in the chest if tuned correctly. At the same time I found Evans Black Onyx for my tom batters. Ridiculously cool. Use them on top as well as Evans clear resonant (10ply) or Glass heads underneath (7ply). You shouldn't be disappointed.

Stay away from these

I bought these to go with my new ocdp kit I got cuz the guy working there recomended them and I gotta tell ya I was not pleased. The sound of these heads are terrible, the sound they make is way too muffled, theres no punch to them at all they just make a dull thud. So I threw these out and got some Remo powerstroke 3's and they sound wayy better than these. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these and get some Remos.

    Sounds great, no need to put a pillow in your kick, just get this set of kick heads. They sound sound tight and punchy. I have my own home recording studio, and I got a kit for recording. The hole is a must for recording, and my shell pack came with a head with no hole. This one came highly recommended to me so I picked it up, and I am very glad I did.
