    Good protection from foot pedal beater striking bass drum head. So far, a sturdy pad, even if you're heavy footed. I like the fact that it is larger than the Falam patch. This allows you to easily change height of beater and still have protection on drum head.

    I recently purchased a double pedal and just wanted to avoid premature wear/failure of the bass drum head. These are of a generous size and are easy to place.
