classic tone

I wanted an amp that delivered a classic old school tone. Ampeg delivered. Don't let the size fool you this thing will thump. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon at the GC in Asheville NC, Nathn K was a great help. Got the cabinet on Wednesday and the head on Thursday, set it up, dialed it in and fell in love with it. It is solid built and like I said deceptively heavy but with the design of the Portaflex and the built included casters it's not hard to move.
Classic Sound, Budget Price.

This PF-350 and PF-115HE have basic features, but these are really well executed. The sound is loud, deep and clean; its compact size is deceiving. The head itself has a fan but it is very quiet. The cab looks very classic. For the price, I don't see how this can be beat. I have only had it for two days, so I can't say anything about its durability, but if I have anything negative to say, I will update my review. If you are in the market for an amp and cab, definately check these out.
