    The DJS-81 is a small strobe, but functional and affordable. It has a dial for adjusting the speed of the flash, and is just a great little doo-dad to have. Its fun to use while playing drums. Makes it more visually appealing and interesting.

    You can "use" it but it won't cover much distance outdoors. No, it's not water resistant.
