Absolute TRASH.

I have used many portable lighting truss systems and I'm VERY disappointed with this product. I first ordered in November of 2018, and received a truss with bent and scratched pipes, which was SO bad that it wouldn't even go together. The outside of the packaging wasn't damaged so it didn't happen in transit, the manufacturer packaged it that way. I had to drive it 40 miles back to my Guitar Center to return it and request a new one. I got the second one in December, one month later, also scratched and bent, but not anywhere near as bad. I have used it exactly 5 times, and on the 6th use in June, the knobs are already not working. I cannot loosen the knob on one of the tripods, it just keeps spinning and doing nothing. The tripod won't even open... completely useless. This is a cheap product, NOT made by ADJ, the name-brand company that specializes in quality DJ equipment. Trust me, go with something else, it's not worth the loss. All of this was with light use, with the system being transported in a portable truss transport bag.

This truss light stand took me less than 15 minutes to assemble after unboxing. It was easy to take down and re-assemble. It's very sturdy/robust. It looks great. It looks like a much more expensive piece. Great value. Exceeds my expectations.

  • Mine arrived broke, like many other people

The box showed no signs of misuse during shipping but several pieces inside were broken. Cheap plastic.

this is a great system, but guitar center continues to prove they are terrible... piece of the system came broken and Guitar center will not replace, its only an $8 dollar replacement part but I guess they would rather loose a loyal customer.

  • Please please fix the packaging !!!!!!
