Alvarez

collapse expand iconDescription

At only 3.3 lb., the DeLite is one the lightest, smallest guitars Alvarez ever made. This diminutive Delta derives its name from the fact it’s a delight to play. The body size is not a great deal larger than a baritone ukulele but it has a long scale and full-size 1-3/4” nut making this a serious little guitar with a very special construction. It's great for focused bluesy tones and performs wonderfully when fingerpicked. Parents looking for a refined and correctly designed, high-quality guitar for their child, look no further. The DeLite also comes with a super deluxe 15 mm duo-foam gig bag, so its ready to travel the world.

I looked for quite a few years to find the perfect acoustic guitar. I also spent a lot of money in the process. I happen to be a short person and I don't like to play standing. This guitar is perfect in that respect. The real beauty, beyond its diminutive size is this guitar sounds amazing. It sounds lively and uncompressed. The engineers spent a lot of time on the internal structure and it pays off big time. I will never part with this guitar. I recommend it to anyone who wants a compact high quality guitar. P.s. it sounds great plugged in too.
